1) Can I cancel my order?
Yes—cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of ordering and only if the order has not entered processing/fulfillment.

After dispatch, delivery is estimated at 7–13 business days. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
4) Do you accept returns?
Yes—returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the product is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
5) Can I return the product if I opened it?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products are not eligible for return or refund.
6) What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and we will arrange a replacement or refund if verified.
7) What if my skin reacts to the product?
Skincare results can vary by individual. We recommend a patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact a healthcare professional if needed. If the product has been opened, it may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
