Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
2) Shipping Time (Delivery Estimate)
After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–13 business days.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us and we’ll assist with an investigation with the carrier. If deemed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the outcome and stock availability.
